The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge device that leverages advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. The sensor generates a signal, which is then amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the system provides direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and can view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and ease of use.

Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
