The ZY8000D sets the standard with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements make it resilient against extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it switches to alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err' and automatically analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance and repairs.
