Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it will enter alert mode, output alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows Err, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently..
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as either warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
