This advanced device accurately measures
pressure remotely through innovative
transmission technology,
efficiently transferring data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary tube.
It can precisely measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P). Ideal for high-temperature applications (with the transmitter placed at a distance),
and for environments with high viscosity, prone to crystallization, or corrosive substances. Extensively utilized in petrochemical, metallurgical, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with its highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 excels in withstanding severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can continuously monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting a warning current (either 3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing overall convenience.

Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling design maximize the transmitter's accuracy, ensuring overall clarity. Boasting excellent product stability, the highest accuracy at normal temperature is up to 0.075%.
