The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. When a predefined fault occurs, it switches to fault alert mode, signaling with an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If an issue arises, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
