The ZY8000 features a built-in diagnostic function that actively monitors its status in real-time. When it detects predefined fault conditions, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a fault occur, the LCD screen immediately displays 'Err', pinpointing and diagnosing the malfunctioning unit. This functionality simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making these procedures seamless and efficient.
