In addition, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the consistent high stability and reliability of the ZY8000 series.
The ZY8000 series features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, generating an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making it more efficient..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
