The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and converted to digital via a high-speed dual A/D converter, followed by precise linear and temperature corrections through an advanced microprocessor.
Transmitters equipped with HART protocol transform these signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC HART signal through a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter delivers pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Each unit stores its measurement data and functional parameters separately in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, while the smart LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring seamless integration and flexibility.

The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an outstanding accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the unparalleled stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continually monitors its status in real time. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andconvenient.
Furthermore, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
