ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of system anomalies, it triggers fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error is detected, the LCD display immediately shows 'Err,' automatically identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
