The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates signals that are amplified and converted into digital signals using a high-speed dual A/D converter. These signals are then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected by the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the crystal-clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can also be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
