The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter employs an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted via a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal, which is then refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. Meanwhile, PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter stores both the measurement unit's data and its functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault status, and operation mode on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads, while its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In the event of defined quantity anomalies, it will enter a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes and displays the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument straightforward and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or a measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
