The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology through the integration of an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This innovation harnesses sensor data, amplifies it, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the system converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range, superimposed with HART signals via the D/A converter. With PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter delivers full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs directly. Essential data, including measurement unit information and transmitter functional parameters, are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons or evaluate measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is seamless through the HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series comes with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyses, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
