The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to translate them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users benefit from on-site parameter adjustments through the intuitive 3-button interface, allowing for real-time reading of measurements, fault diagnoses, and operation modes via the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running status. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for re-adjustment.
