The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a pinnacle of modern engineering, integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals are meticulously amplified and processed using a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. The onboard microprocessor then performs intricate linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver comprehensive digital outputs of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are reliably stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and access measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes via the vivid LCD display.
