The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered using a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This cutting-edge technology captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and converts them into digital signals via a high-speed dual A/D converter. Within the microprocessor, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Essential data from the measuring unit and transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the LCD display intuitively shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, with automatic diagnostics covering SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without needing recalibration.
