The ZY8000 sets new standards for accuracy and durability in intelligent transmitters. With a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and a maximum of 0.075% FS), this transmitter delivers unparalleled precision. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability, making the ZY8000 a top performer in challenging conditions.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and an innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal. This digital signal is then finely tuned with linear and temperature corrections by the microprocessor.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via the D/A converter. Transmitters using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and can view measurement results, fault information, and operational mode on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarm notifications in the form of warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, allowing on-site replacement of faulty components without the need for readjustment.
