The ZY8000 series boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This makes the entire process more convenient.
