The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter employs state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor signal is expertly amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication through a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides clear readouts of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup is conveniently facilitated through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined event thresholds are exceeded. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, facilitating maintenance, repair, and replacement with ease andconvenience.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
