Our ZY8000Y Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter is a cutting-edge solution for seamless pressure measurement.

pressure through remote
transmission
devices and then transmits the data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature applications (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away).
The device is perfect for handling high viscosity fluids, media prone to precipitation, crystalline substances, or corrosive materials. It finds extensive application in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined irregularities, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing crucial control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty component. This feature simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing user convenience.
