The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This sophisticated setup allows the sensor's signal to be amplified and converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a precise digital signal. Following this, the microprocessor performs linear and temperature corrections to ensure outstanding accuracy.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital output signals. Measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and hermetically sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD will automatically display an error message, analyze the issue, and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be issued as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
