The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those employing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the smart LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When faults arise, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty component, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
