The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device that leverages advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design to deliver unparalleled performance. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to produce a precise digital signal, which is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature variations by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored securely in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter configuration can also be accomplished using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, or FF protocols.

ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic capabilities to monitor its status in real-time. Should it encounter predefined critical events, it switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacements.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without recalibration.
