The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. employs cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design framework. For models equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC output with superimposed HART signals via a proficient D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies and displays the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
