ZY8000DIntelligent D/P Transmitter
The product can achieve high precision pressure measurement of gas,
liquid, and other mediums. It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, environment protection, and machinery equipment industries.
ZY8000, the basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, boasts a 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering considerable cost savings in maintenance. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior resistance to electromagnetic interference ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. The transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
