The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, meticulously crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., epitomizes high precision in pressure and differential pressure measurement. Incorporating the world's most advanced design philosophy and process technology, it employs a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a highly reliable electronic module, and a sophisticated temperature and linear correction system. This integration, combined with cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing technology, ensures unparalleled precision, stability, and consistency in all measurement tasks.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, paired with a modular design. The sensor's signals are amplified and passed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For models with HART protocol, the signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters provide direct full digital output in PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 the basic accuracy intelligent transmitter is 0.1% FS(highest0.075%FS). After ten years continuous running, it can still maintain 99.9% accuracy, considerable cost saving in maintenance. It adopts strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, can cope with extremely chemical & mechanical loads easily. Meanwhile, it has very strong performance of anti-electromagnetic interference, ensure the high stability & high reliability of ZY8000.
ZY8000 have integrated diagnostic function and can realtime monitor the status of itself. The transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provide control signal for system interlock and SIS safety system after over defined quantity events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically displays Err, automatically analyzes and displays the faulty unit, making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be started through HART, FF, PA and other communication protocol, and the alarm can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection current. Automatic diagnosis the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for readjust.
