The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is crafted with a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming into a digital signal. This digital signal is then finely tuned and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. In transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is entirely digital, delivering PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals seamlessly. Measurement data and transmitter function parameters are meticulously stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, displaying measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter setup is supported through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms represented by warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses, ensuring any damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
