The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor's raw signal is amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a pristine digital signal. This digital output is then meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections, all managed by a sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters incorporating HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can fine-tune parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured remotely using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our flagship intelligent transmitter, offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be easily replaced on-site without readjustment.
