The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow for real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering specific events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze, and pinpoint the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
