The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a marvel of modern engineering. It harnesses advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and features a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This is then subjected to linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unrivaled accuracy.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by a D/A converter. Variants featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, offering seamless integration. Key measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of on-site parameter adjustments via three intuitive buttons, with real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes clearly displayed on the LCD screen. The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays an error message (Err), analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit to streamline maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.simplifying maintenance and repair processes.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
