The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. sets new standards in accuracy and innovation. This cutting-edge device utilizes an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and dual high-speed A/D conversion, resulting in a digital signal. This signal is then finely tuned for linearity and temperature through a sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters with the HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART output via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the unit directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, viewing real-time measurements, fault alerts, and operational modes on an intuitive LCD display. Additionally, settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for unmatched versatility.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with the potential to reach an exceptional 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functionality, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, it shifts to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems post predefined events. During faults, the LCD automatically displays 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty component can be swiftly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
