For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 effortlessly converts sensor data into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal, thanks to its innovative D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The critical measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing users to conveniently adjust and read parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons. This user-friendly interface provides real-time access to measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. The ZY8000 model, in particular, features integrated diagnostic functions that monitor real-time status. In the event of an anomaly, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emits an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err) message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
