The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands as a pinnacle of modern engineering, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor complemented by a modular design. The sensor-generated signals are meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo sophisticated linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, enhanced by a superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver a direct, fully digital output, supporting both PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The device's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, facilitating robust performance. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, and can conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and the operation mode on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is fully supported through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering comprehensive control and flexibility.

Fault conditions trigger the LCD to display 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This functionality ensures that maintaining and servicing the instrument is straightforward andconvenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In cases of electronic unit or measuring element failure, the defective part can be replaced on-site without needing re-calibration.
