The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates a signal that is amplified and converted into a digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC current with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The essential data of the measuring unit and the functional parameters are securely stored in two independent EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols is seamlessly supported.
