The ZY8000 features a sophisticated integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', pinpointing and diagnosing the malfunctioning component.
