The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with an innovative modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and is swiftly converted to a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters incorporating HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with an overlay of HART communication by the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly emit full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters directly on-site via three adjustment buttons and can read measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be seamlessly executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
